Terms of Service
Effective date: June 1, 2026
These Terms explain the rules for using coThink and the responsibilities that come with operating collaborative AI workspaces, connected providers, and shared organizational data.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of coThink, including our websites, applications, APIs, collaboration rooms, structured sessions, personal advisor features, administration tools, and related services.
By creating an account, joining a workspace, accepting an invitation, or using coThink, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use coThink.
2. Accounts and Workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and controlling access to devices, passkeys, recovery methods, provider keys, and workspace administration settings.
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, configuring connected services, managing retention and export practices, and ensuring that workspace use complies with these Terms and applicable law.
3. Customer Content and Data
You retain ownership of prompts, messages, files, decisions, workspace data, configuration data, and other content that you or your users submit to coThink. You grant coThink the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, back up, and otherwise operate the service for you.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of Customer Content and for obtaining any permissions required to submit or process it in coThink.
4. AI Providers, Outputs, and Human Review
coThink helps teams collaborate with AI systems and may connect to AI providers selected or configured by you or your organization. Those providers may have separate terms, data practices, limits, and fees.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsafe, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, security, or other high-impact decisions.
5. Security and Administration
coThink provides security and administration features such as authentication controls, role-based access, encrypted secrets, audit-oriented records, and optional encrypted-room workflows. You are responsible for configuring these features appropriately for your organization.
You must promptly notify us if you believe an account, workspace, provider credential, authentication factor, or integration has been compromised.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use coThink to violate the law, infringe rights, compromise security, distribute malware, send spam, scrape or attack services, abuse AI systems, generate or facilitate harmful content, or interfere with other users or the service.
You may not reverse engineer, bypass access controls, overload infrastructure, resell the service without authorization, or use coThink to build a competing service by copying non-public features, workflows, or designs.
7. Billing and Plans
Paid plans, trials, usage limits, renewals, taxes, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the plan terms presented at purchase or in your account. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
AI provider charges are separate from coThink subscription fees unless a plan expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for costs from provider accounts, models, APIs, or infrastructure that you connect to coThink.
8. Third-Party Services and Integrations
coThink may integrate with identity providers, calendars, communication systems, AI providers, storage systems, payment processors, observability tools, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their processing of data, or changes they make to their APIs, pricing, permissions, or terms.
9. Intellectual Property
coThink, including its software, designs, documentation, workflows, trademarks, and service content, is owned by coThink or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of coThink intellectual property to you.
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by coThink without restriction or obligation to you, provided we do not claim ownership of your Customer Content solely because it includes that feedback.
10. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of coThink, including features, plans, integrations, limits, or availability, as the service evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption when practical.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that could harm coThink, users, providers, or third parties.
11. Disclaimers
coThink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
We do not warrant that coThink, AI outputs, integrations, exports, recommendations, or collaborative workflows will meet your requirements or produce any particular result.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, coThink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to coThink or these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you to coThink for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of coThink after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
