Cookie Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how coThink uses cookies, local storage, analytics, and similar technologies when you use the Service.
Analytics Preference
Current setting: No preference recorded
1. Essential Cookies and Storage
coThink uses essential cookies and browser storage to authenticate users, maintain sessions, protect accounts, remember preferences, support offline and app-shell behavior, and operate the Service.
Essential cookies and storage are required for core product functionality and cannot be disabled through coThink without affecting the Service.
2. Analytics
coThink uses analytics only after you consent. Analytics help us understand product usage, improve performance, troubleshoot issues, and prioritize improvements.
You may reject analytics when prompted. If analytics are rejected, coThink does not load Google Analytics scripts or send browser analytics events.
3. Local Storage
coThink may use local storage for theme preferences, onboarding guidance state, guided-session draft state, and offline message queues. Offline room messages may be stored briefly so they can be sent after connectivity returns. Client-managed encrypted-room queues store encrypted envelopes; organization-managed encrypted rooms may queue message text until it can sync for server-side encryption.
You can clear browser storage through your browser settings. Clearing storage may reset preferences, drafts, guidance state, and offline queues.
4. Third-Party Services
Third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you interact with connected providers, payment processors, analytics providers, or other integrations. Those services are governed by their own policies.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the Service, email, or other reasonable means.
