Alpha Known Issues & Limitations

coThink is in an Alpha phase. Features marked Preview or Alpha in the product may change, produce incomplete results, or require administrator configuration. See also our Terms of Service (Beta, Preview, and Experimental Features).

Preview Features

Document Intelligence — deterministic/heuristic extraction; verify critical facts independently.
Meeting Intelligence — heuristic analysis; not a substitute for human judgment.
Included AI — daily fair-use limits on the platform-managed path; connect BYOM for higher volume.

Flag-Gated Rollouts

Onboarding v2, subscription redesign, and some guidance surfaces may not be enabled for every workspace during Alpha.

Billing (Alpha)

coThink is in Alpha. Selecting a paid plan during onboarding does not open Stripe Checkout and you are not charged until we exit Alpha. Self-service subscription checkout via Stripe applies after Alpha ends.

Integrations

Google and Microsoft 365 connectors are in scope for Alpha.
Exchange Online (Microsoft Graph mail and calendar) is in scope — configure via tenant administration when credentials are available.
Production smoke and token-clearing evidence are required per release.

Entitlements & administration

Feature-matrix and RBAC run in observe mode during Alpha.
Marketplace publication safeguards are under scope review.
